Billing Clerk - Evening Shift

Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced billing clerk to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The Evening Billing Clerk will be taking care of billing and generating shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform various billing and administrative tasks in the evening shift, working alongside the shipping team and reporting to the Supervisor - Plant Admin/Billing.
• Work with little supervision and prioritize tasks according to the needs of the business.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing, reporting, and document compilation.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications and strong computer skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

• This is an evening shift that starts at 17:00 and ends at approximately 1:30, with potential overtime.
