About The Opportunity

This is a key technical leadership role for a Principal Software Architect who enjoys solving complex challenges and shaping long‑term digital strategy. In this highly visible position, you will own and evolve the software architecture that supports our digital ecosystem, guiding the direction and prioritization of digital investments across the organization.

You will be hands‑on leading critical architectural decisions and designing scalable, API‑driven integrations and custom applications that power real‑time, personalized digital experiences.

Your work will enable consumers, including the public, members, residents, and guests, to seamlessly access information, request services, make reservations, purchase tickets, book fitness classes, and engage with our digital platforms.

Working closely with our technical teams and business leaders, you will ensure our digital solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with business priorities and brand experience.
