Account Support Representative

We’re currently looking for a full-time Account Support Representative to join our growing team. This role is located onsite at our Home Run Sports location in Winnipeg, MB. The primary responsibilities include assisting sales staff along with customer enquiries over the phone and online while assisting different departments with order processing. This includes explaining company products, services, prices, delivery, lead times and having the ability to recommend various products to meet the customer’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Efficient sales order processing with strong organization
• Prepare sales quotes and source product
• Complete, process, and maintain applicable paperwork and records
• Gather information, research / resolve, inquire and log customer calls
• Lead the sales order process resourcing multiple departments along the way
• Respond to telephone and email enquiries from sales staff and customers
• Handle customer inquiries related to product function or the replacement of products
• Maintain current supplier product details, availability, delivery lead times and prices
• Develop strong customer relationships in order to help achieve sales targets
