Financial Controller

Overview

We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our organization as a Financial Controller within our Partners Group. Based in Barrie, Ontario , this role reports directly to the Finance Director and plays a critical part in strengthening financial governance, enhancing reporting reliability, and supporting organizational growth.

As a key member of the finance leadership team, you will oversee core accounting operations, ensure the integrity of internal controls, and provide strategic financial insights that enable informed decision-making. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, values process excellence, and is motivated by continuous improvement.

Position Details

• Start Date : As soon as possible
• Employment Status : Permanent, full-time
• Work Shift : Day shift, Monday to Friday
• Schedule : Flexible – 4.5-day work week (You can finish at noon on Fridays all year round if you like.)
• Work Arrangement : Hybrid and flexible (2 days on-site)
