Please note this role will work in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate will be working at the Toronto (67 College Street) OR Brampton (100 Parkshore Drive) site office and will be working a mixture of on-site and off-site work based on the parameters for our operations to meet the needs of our donors our staff and our communities. About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular full-time Regional Development Manager to join our dynamic Donor Relations and Field Operations team in our Donor Engagement and Corporate Reputation division (DECR).
The Donor Relations and Field Operationsteam is responsible for supporting Canadian Blood Services bygenerating and identifying leads building a pipeline of potential donors building relationships and ensuring the growth and maintenance of a high quality committed donor this role you will also be responsible for community engagement and maintaining a good public image for the donation centres to ensure there is ongoing public support.
In this role you will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts to grow and diversify a flexible sustainable donor base. You will play a critical role in ensuring that recruitment initiatives align with the organizations goals and values. You will work closely with peers within the region to develop a sustainable donor base and ensure a robust pipeline to support the commitment of Canadas Lifeline to patients and registrants. You will also be responsible for leading a regional team to develop nurture and grow the organizations donor base in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment. This role oversees Business Development Managers and Community Development Managers to drive partner and group acquisition retention growth and engagement.
