Summary : As a Production Coordinator at J&T, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of ouJob r production processes.
You will coordinate various aspects of production, manage schedules, and liaise between different departments to maintain workflow efficiency and meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities : Coordinate Production Activities : Oversee day-to-day production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process management to ensure timely and efficient production.
Schedule Management : Develop and maintain production schedules, adjust timelines as needed, and communicate schedule changes to relevant teams.
Resource Allocation : Monitor inventory levels, order materials, and manage supplies to ensure all production needs are met.
Communication : Serve as a liaison between production teams, suppliers, and other departments to ensure clear communication and resolution of any issues.
Quality Control : Assist in maintaining quality standards by monitoring production processes, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Documentation : Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation to track progress and support audits.
Problem-Solving : Address and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production coordination or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected changes effectively. Attention to Detail and Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
