We are looking for a Designer who isn’t just stellar creatives, they are solution-oriented thinkers who understand the power of brand strategy and how to distil strategic positioning into creative work that communicates to our colleagues and external top talent. If this is you, you understand the role of branding and its power in storytelling. You have a colleague and customer centric approach and are comfortable flexing between executional design and big-picture creative development.
Accountabilities :
Brand Design and Social Media Execution
- Communicate the brand, product story and highlight selling features through design
- Create and ideate design material (layout, typographic composition, imagery, social media content, etc.) and all other design activities within prescribed timelines
- Knowledge of principles like balance, contrast, alignment, and hierarchy that help create visually appealing and effective designs
- Present design concepts to Sr. Manager of Employer Branding and HR Team; interpret and incorporate feedback
- Comfortable making design decisions while maintaining brand guardrails
- Ability to transform conceptual ideas into design solutions that solve challenges
- Responsible for the accuracy, completion, and timely delivery on creative briefs in partnership with the HR and Communications Team (where needed)
- Passion for social media and viral trends across various channels and platforms with an understanding of target audiences
- Ability to create engaging video reels and posts that are on brand keeping target audiences in mind
Process and Project Management
Ownership of executing on key employer branding design projects, illustration process including photo direction and collaboration with internal marketing team and social COE design partnersCollaborate with cross functional teams to deliver on business requirementsPartner in project health, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on brandUse project management to problem solve key issues as requiredDrive towards performance targets and timelinesFlexible mindset and approachRole Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in related field5+ years of experience in brand design and social mediaCollaborative Spirit : The ability to work well with others, including creative teams, marketing departments, and external vendors, contributes to the smooth execution of projects.Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with various tools and technologies is essential.Impeccable taste, craftsmanship and attention to detailProactive problem solver who can decipher a problem and takes the initiative to solve itTakes ownership and accountability of projectsAbility to work independently while working within larger team towards a common vision
