Job Description

Canroof Corporation Inc. (CRC), a Company of IKO Industries Ltd., is hiring 3 Production Operators to work in Brampton, Ontario, due to business growth. Employees will operate production equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing plant while following health, safety & environmental requirements and producing products as per quality specifications. Employees will operate high‑speed machines, handle workplace chemicals, perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, and practice good housekeeping. Employees will operate motorized equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in accordance with established operating procedures
• Document production numbers, items contributing to down‑time
• Ability to safely perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular, daily basis
• Adhere to safety policies, programs, procedures
• Ensure product being produced meets established quality specifications
• Document quality checks at regular intervals
• Operate counterbalance, propane‑powered forklift
• General housekeeping duties
• Additional duties as assigned by Supervisory staff
