Job description :
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the incumbent is responsible for managing a geographic sales territory and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The role focuses on the development and support of OEM clients, installers, integrators, engineering firms, and cable assemblers, as well as the management of authorized distribution partners.
The main objective is to provide value-added technical solutions, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and develop long-term business relationships.
Main Responsibilities :
- Efficiently manage the sales territory using a CRM system, including planning daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
- Develop OEM business opportunities and projects in collaboration with distribution partners.
- Provide technical support for client design requirements.
- Coordinate internal resources (inside sales, product management, marketing) to maximize territory growth.
- Ensure rigorous communication for order processing and compliance with delivery requirements.
- Participate in joint sales visits with end users and regional partners.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and client engineers to integrate solutions into technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BoM).
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, installation teams, and purchasing departments.
- Monitor projects before, during, and after the installation to guarantee compliance, customer satisfaction, and recurring business opportunities.
Skills and qualifications :
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent experience.Relevant experience in the wire and cable industry.Demonstrated experience in selling harness solutions, industrial data cables, and industrial connectors.Language and Technical Requirements :
Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).Ability to write reports, analyze technical documents, and present to diverse audiences.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common business software.Key Competencies :

Frequent travel required (by car and plane), including regular overnight stays (approximately 3 to 4 days per week).Valid driver’s license and passport required.
