Reporting Line and Role Overview

The incumbent reports to the Manager, Development and is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining system integrations across enterprise applications. The role ensures seamless data flow between systems, supports business processes, and provides technical expertise for integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of integration solutions using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and document programs for data migration and system interfaces.
• Ensure integrations meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Work with vendors and external partners for data exchange and system connectivity.
• Resolve complex issues with interrelated systems by determining scope and priority of the problem and implementing solutions.
• Provide user assistance, training, advice, and guidance to staff, and revise procedures to accommodate new or revised automated systems.
• Keep current with technology through documentation and / or courses.
