A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Conditions

• Night shifts (8:30PM to 6:30AM)

• 4 days per week (10-hour shifts)

• 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role

• Remote work - On-site during peak periods.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently plan the routes of delivery drivers with the route planning and optimization software;
• Ensure that routes meet defined criteria and make adjustments if necessary;
• Communicates promptly with the team lead on technical problems or other situations that could cause delays in the optimization schedule;
• Monitor truck departures according to the stations schedule and reports delays or other problems to the team lead;
• Ensure the accuracy of data before, during and after processing according to the respective protocols;
• Perform data cleaning and geolocation of addresses in error status according to the procedure in place;
• Attend daily team meetings and participate in the improvement of the department by pointing out the stakes and difficulties of the optimizations;
• Work in collaboration with team members and provides support when necessary;
• Perform all other responsibilities and/or other related duties as assigned by his immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a data entry role or similar position;
• Bilingual, French and English;
• Must be diligent and punctual;
• Able to work under pressure, independently and efficiently;
• Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail;
• Team player, able to connect with people and work in close collaboration with colleagues;
• Ability to navigate in a changing and fast-growing environment;
• Experience in the field of transportation and logistics is an asset.
• Knowledge of geocoding is an asset;
