This position is Contract to Hire

MUST HAVE:

• 8 years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing lead generation or a similar data-driven environment
• Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session
• Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO
• Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences

EXPERIENCE: 8 years of UX/UI experience within performance marketing lead generation or conversion rate optimization environments.

YOUR ROLE
Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed CRO-optimized user experiences that blend strategy aesthetics and functionality across Launch Potato web properties.

OUTCOMES

• Deliver complete test-ready user experiencesfrom concept and ideation through high-fidelity prototypes and dev hand-offbacked by A/B test results and user insights
• Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment UX strategy UI development and post-test iteration
• Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data metrics (CVR RPS) heatmaps and user recordings to inform and validate design direction
• Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs
• Collaborate closely with product engineering and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints
• Champion and mentor design best practices sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization
• Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability
