TMS Order Entry Specialist – ROCKWOOL Group

Location : Milton, Ontario – fully on‑site. Position : full‑time.

About the role

You will be part of the ROCKWOOL North America Transportation team and report to the Transportation Manager. This position has no direct reports.

What you will be doing

• Converting large purchase orders (PO’s) to full truck shipments (FTL’s).
• Defining FTL data including but not limited to product, SKU, volume, weight, pallet count, etc.
• Using FTL data to manage the TMS system and generate load‑specific shipment numbers.
• Creating shipments with FTL, TMS, and shipment number information.
• Inputting to Transporeon for tracking.
• Transmitting to Transportation teams for load tendering and appointment scheduling.
• Transmitting to Warehouse teams for execution and inclusion on MH10 labels.
• Other tasks as assigned daily.
