The Role

We are hiring a Sales Setter to generate qualified conversations and book high‑quality appointments for our Bunkie Expert closing team.

This is a performance‑driven role designed for someone who :

  • Is comfortable on the phone
  • Moves fast on new leads
  • Is motivated by targets and results
  • Wants a clear path into a Sales Expert closing role
  • What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Responding quickly to inbound leads (calls, forms, messages)
  • Calling through daily lead lists to completion
  • Qualifying prospects through structured discovery conversations
  • Booking qualified appointments on Expert's calendars
  • Following up with leads who didn’t close initially and re‑activating interest
  • Maintaining clean CRM records (notes, tasks, statuses, next steps)
  • Collaborating with Sales Management to improve conversion quality
  • Attending weekly sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions
  • Performance Expectations (What “Good” Looks Like)

  • High daily call volume and fast response times to new leads
  • Consistently booking qualified appointments
  • Strong appointment show rates
  • Clear, accurate CRM hygiene
  • Coachability and steady improvement in booking quality
  • Pathway to Sales Expert Closing

    This role is a proven feeder position into our Sales Expert Closer team.

    High‑performing Setters who :

  • Consistently hit appointment and quality targets
  • Demonstrate strong discovery skills
  • Show ownership of their numbers
  • Protect the brand and client experience
  • will be considered for promotion into a Sales Expert Closer role, with :

  • Higher income potential
  • Ownership of full sales cycles
  • Commission‑based earnings tied directly to revenue closed

  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay : $17.64–$25.00 / hour, based on experience
  • Performance‑based incentives
  • Full‑time (40+ hours / week)
  • Full time in Office to start with the ability to move to a balanced schedule that requires a minimum of 16 hours per week in office and 24 hours work‑from‑home after the probationary period, and performance standards met.

  • Monday–Friday with two weekends per month
  • Afternoon shifts may be required
