The Role
We are hiring a Sales Setter to generate qualified conversations and book high‑quality appointments for our Bunkie Expert closing team.
This is a performance‑driven role designed for someone who :
Is comfortable on the phoneMoves fast on new leadsIs motivated by targets and resultsWants a clear path into a Sales Expert closing roleWhat You’ll Be Responsible For
Responding quickly to inbound leads (calls, forms, messages)Calling through daily lead lists to completionQualifying prospects through structured discovery conversationsBooking qualified appointments on Expert's calendarsFollowing up with leads who didn’t close initially and re‑activating interestMaintaining clean CRM records (notes, tasks, statuses, next steps)Collaborating with Sales Management to improve conversion qualityAttending weekly sales meetings, training, and coaching sessionsPerformance Expectations (What “Good” Looks Like)
High daily call volume and fast response times to new leadsConsistently booking qualified appointmentsStrong appointment show ratesClear, accurate CRM hygieneCoachability and steady improvement in booking qualityPathway to Sales Expert Closing
This role is a proven feeder position into our Sales Expert Closer team.
High‑performing Setters who :
Consistently hit appointment and quality targetsDemonstrate strong discovery skillsShow ownership of their numbersProtect the brand and client experiencewill be considered for promotion into a Sales Expert Closer role, with :
Higher income potentialOwnership of full sales cyclesCommission‑based earnings tied directly to revenue closedWe promote from within whenever possible.

Hourly pay : $17.64–$25.00 / hour, based on experiencePerformance‑based incentivesFull‑time (40+ hours / week)Full time in Office to start with the ability to move to a balanced schedule that requires a minimum of 16 hours per week in office and 24 hours work‑from‑home after the probationary period, and performance standards met.Paid time off and holidaysA Health Care Spending AccountOngoing sales training and developmentSchedule & Availability
