Description de posteCreate a welcoming, immersive experience for every client. Share your knowledge of Le Labo’s fragrance families and layering philosophy. Provide personalized consultations and help clients discover their signature scent. Maintain boutique displays and stock to the highest standards. Build and maintain a client database to nurture long‑term relationships. Support brand initiatives—events, storytelling, social content, and partnerships. A passionate, curious, and creative individual with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal). High energy and a positive, team‑oriented approach. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast‑paced retail environment. Strong organizational skills and pride in delivering exceptional client service.
