Description de posteWrite clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria Ensure that user stories are understood and agreed upon by both the development team and stakeholders Break down high-level requirements into smaller, actionable pieces Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of user stories. Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment with business goals Solution Design and Implementation : Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to design solutions that meet business needs Ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with best practices Coordinate and participate in testing activities, including the development of test plans and scripts Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions Provide training and support to end-users as needed 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow. Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly in IT, HR, and SIR modules. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices. Experience with creating user stories and acceptance criteria. Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). Experience with ServiceNow Agile 2.0.
Job Overview
Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements for IT, HR, and Security Incident Response (SIR) modules, creating user stories, and ensuring adherence to the agile process. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
