Job Overview :
This role is essential in supporting our marketing initiatives, with a focus oncontent strategy, social media execution, PR outreach, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to build engaging campaigns that drive awareness and connect meaningfully with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Write and edit content in both English and Mandarin , including brand copy, campaign messaging, and promotional materials
- Ensure consistency in brand voice across all touchpoints
- Work with the design team to develop flyers, banners, and digital creative assets
- Manage content calendars, timelines, and production schedules
- Organize creative assets, giveaways, and promotional materials
PR & Partnerships
Coordinate with influencers / KOLs to manage collaboration timelines and deliverablesSupport cross-brand and community partnership initiativesDraft press releases and maintain brand narrativesSupport external communications during public incidents or brand-related crisesSocial Media Support
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, etc.)Schedule and publish content aligned with campaign objectivesInteract with online communities and monitor engagementTrack trends and feedback to optimize digital strategiesWhat We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field1–2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in food & beverage or hospitality)Proficiency in social media and digital marketing toolsExcellent communication skills inboth English and Mandarin(Cantonese is a plus)Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite#J-18808-Ljbffr
