About The Role

At Home Instead, we believe that aging should be met with dignity, respect, and compassionate care. As a Care Professional , you’ll be making a real difference in the lives of older adults by helping them remain safe, supported, and engaged in the place they call home.

This is a casual position , which means you choose your availability —perfect for students, retirees, or anyone looking for meaningful part-time work with flexibility. Once we know your availability, we match you with clients based on your schedule, skills, and interests.

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Help with errands, transportation, or accompanied outings
• Encourage client independence and a sense of routine
• Communicate observations and changes in condition to the office team

What We’re Looking For
