Overview
The Contracts Operations Administrator plays a pivotal role in facilitating the growth of our client base while supporting our sales and accounting teams through proficient contract and data management. In this position, you will be instrumental in drafting, reviewing, and evaluating contracts, as well as ensuring the accuracy and currency of our CRM records.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate sales contracts for approval and distribution from approved templates.
- Coordinate contract amendments, extensions, and terminations as necessary.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues.
- Learn and understand Quorum’s Salesforce CRM system and all related workflows.
- Ensure that executed contracts are captured in Salesforce CRM accurately and handled appropriately by capturing key terms and financial metrics, as these entries are the basis for revenue forecasting / budgeting, invoicing, project management, and software license creation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, sales, and operations teams, to facilitate contract delivery and approvals.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or other CRM systems), demonstrating the ability to navigate and utilize CRM functionalities effectively.
- Exemplary accuracy, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
- Experience in evaluating legal terms within contracts is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills, enabling the efficient allocation of resources and prioritization of tasks.

- Create sales orders from data entered in Salesforce CRM for Accounting to be able to process and submit accurate and timely invoices.
- Identify opportunities to streamline contract management processes and improve efficiency.
- Understand our data model and be able to produce Salesforce reports
- Creating software license records and managing licenses for all products and clients
- And other duties as assigned.
Requirements
