Location

This is a hybrid position. You must be in the Ottawa Canada office at least three days a week.

About the Team

Are you curious about the world of tax and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic global environment Join our Tax team and contribute to meaningful work that supports both our day-to-day operations and long-term strategy. This is a great opportunity to learn from experienced professionals build your technical skills and see how tax plays a critical role in business decision-making.

This is a full-time 8-month position starting January 2026 and is open to students in a registered Co-op Program located in Ontario only.

What you will do

As a Tax Co-Op youll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of tax functions including :

• Supporting global income tax accounting and compliance processes
• Preparing working papers and tax provisions for quarterly financial reporting
• Assisting with transfer pricing documentation and related-party charge calculations
• Preparing indirect tax filings and reconciling related financial statement accounts
• Contributing to global corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Conducting research analyzing tax issues summarizing findings and presenting insights to the tax team and broader finance organization
• Performing monthly account reconciliations to support financial reporting
• Assisting with audit-related documentation and support
• Supporting month-end close activities
• Participating in ad hoc projects aligned with business initiatives
