Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and plansEnsure consistent brand presence and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing effortsExecute marketing and advertising initiatives on time and within budgetCreate and deliver monthly presentations to stakeholders, highlighting strategies and resultsCollaborate with Digital Specialist on planning and executing digital marketing campaignsAnalyze and report on the effectiveness and performance of marketing initiativesProvide marketing expertise and updates to operational Associates, ensuring alignment and progressOversee and manage all signage requirements, including updates and installationsLead, manage and attend all Resident events and sponsorshipsManage regional social media including planning, content creation and postingManagement of all digital assets including photos, floor plans, 3D tours, and virtual stagingMonitor, manage and report on budgetsAchieve organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add valueExperience and Educational Requirements
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or CommunicationsMinimum 2 years experience in marketing, event management, social media and digital marketingContent management, project management, and photography / videography experience are assetsTechnical Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeHubSpot knowledge or experience an assetExcellent creative writing and editing skillsNon-Technical Requirements
