Senior Telecom Engineer

Matchbox Consulting Group is on the hunt for a Senior Telecom Engineer. This candidate will apply advanced engineering knowledge to provide innovative design, planning, and quality management services for medium‑to‑high‑complexity projects. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high‑quality standards.

Contract : 1 year

Key Responsibilities

• Develop safe engineering solutions, perform design work, analyse and resolve complex technical problems.
• Prepare progress reports, coordinate schedules, and propose changes to plans and estimated costs.
• Make complex technical decisions, recommend designs, and provide guidance to other engineering professionals.
• Communicate with stakeholders to define project scope, establish design criteria, approve technical documentation, and monitor progress.
• Lead or coordinate multi‑discipline design teams.
• Work with telecom components including microwave systems, fibre optics, power line carriers, antennas, radios, battery banks, generators, and remote installations.
