Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Act as the “Face of Infoblox” for the People & Places team, overseeing the office and the reception desk
- Maintain the security and safety of the office
- Monitor badge access inventory for vendor / contractors and assist with maintaining a keen sense of security for the building
- Assist as key contributor to the Emergency Response Team (ERT) as part of the Facilities Department
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery, packaging, receiving, and shipment duties of various materials and documents. Works with employees and vendors to resolve shipping and receiving matters and discrepancies
- Maintain regular maintenance and general upkeep throughout the facility to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Handle weekly facilities for onboarding and offboarding, including setting up desks for new hires and clearing workstations for departing employees
- Monitor office services including snacks, office supplies, catering, lunch orders
- Perform event coordination including trainings, All Bloxers Meetings, onsite and offsite group events, catering
- Support the Talent Acquisition and HR teams with onboarding, and new hire set up, the sustainability, environmental, and community awareness programs as well as the Facilities Team and employee base with various administrative tasks and initiatives
- Act as a key contributor to the expansion project by engaging with stakeholders, liaising with vendors, and supporting day‑to‑day project needs

Establish technical foundations – Become comfortable with core DevOps tools ex : CI / CD pipelines, Git, K8s, Terraform, Jenkins etc.Strengthen understanding of cloud fundamentalsBuild operational awareness – Gain familiarity with team’s infrastructure, monitoring tools, can troubleshoot common issuesContribute to documentation (runbooks, onboarding guides, pipeline instructions)One Year
