Overview

Deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and uphold store brand standards while supporting merchandising, signage, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by offering tailored products and services using our sales model.
• Handle transactions in the Point of Sale (POS) system—including shipping and marketing tools—to convert customers.
• Calmly de‑escalate complex customer situations, ensuring concerns are addressed or refer to a manager / supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment through dusting, front‑facing product setup, and ensuring demo units are functional.
• Drive sales in furniture, technology, and supplies areas.
• Set and achieve sales and margin goals with store leaders.
• Support all merchandising and signage standards, including planograms and stocking.
• Ensure operational excellence and uphold store brand standards.
• Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.
