They are currently in need of an Estimator to estimate industrial,mercial, and institutional projects in the GTA.
In this role you will be required to
- Prepare / review tender documents
- Prepare trade lists and invitations to bid
- Prepare full construction estimates
- Select Sub-trades
- Prepare, monitor, and update construction budgets
- Review and analyze submitted tenders
- Prepare contract documents
- Review trade contractor change orders
- Prepare trade contract final accounts
- Track Construction Project from start to finish
