Customer Service Representative – Quotes

Tasks

• Manage technical quote requests and customer orders in a manufacturing environment.
• Analyze customer needs to prepare detailed and tailored quotes.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up on files and communications with clients.
• Collaborate with various internal departments (engineering, purchasing, production, representatives).
• Respond to information, advice, or technical support requests from customers.
• Perform any other related tasks related to the role.

Job requirements

• Experience in technical customer service or in a manufacturing environment.
• Very good proficiency in Excel and general comfort with computer tools.
• Experience with an ERP system (an asset).
• High level of English, both oral and written, as most communications with clients, including quote requests and follow-ups, are conducted in English (60% of the time).
• Ability to understand and handle technical requests.
• Degree in a related field (an asset).
