Project Estimating and Submission of Tenders,

attendance and participation at on-site tender meetings.

review and understanding of project specifications and drawings.

quantitative surveying of existing conditions.

secure pricing from sub-contractors as required.

provide bonding, insurance, health and safety documents and any other prescribed documents at the time of tender submission.

estimate and secure additional work to an existing contract as the circumstances arise.

Project Management of Secured Contracts

Provide the prescribe contract documentation and required accompanying documents to respective parties involve, prior to commencing the project.

Start up co-ordination with the client / consultant and the RGI production supervisors.

Co-ordinate sub-contractors as required.

Provide and maintain scheduling, which on occasion, includes reports to the client / consultant and meetings with RGI production supervisors.

Attend on-site meetings as scheduled or required.

Provide, maintain, and manage progress invoicing to include hold-back amounts and all prescribed accompanying documentation.

Provide necessary contract close-out documentation.

Attend all scheduled In House ‘Production Meetings’.

Attend Health & Safety meetings of which you receive a Notice of Invitation.
