With over $10 billion dollars in assets, they are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician that will be responsible for traveling between residential buildings in the in the Kitchener / Waterloo region . In this role, you will be responsible predominantly for property maintenance including building mechanical systems.

Compensation

$45,000 – $50,000 annually plus additional perks.

Position Description

As the successful candidates, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Ensuring tenant requests are fulfilled and dealt with in a timely manner
• Ensuring work orders are organized and tackled in priority sequence
• Responsible for building maintenance and repairs
• Minor electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs
• Respond to afterhours emergencies
• Managing one other maintenance associate and subcontractors while on site
• Ensuring the common areas are clean and well maintained on a regular basis
