Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a skilled Loan IQ Senior Developer with extensive experience in Finastra’s LoanIQ platform, specializing in implementations, upgrades, and migrations. This role involves strategic development, data extraction, team leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders on high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead LoanIQ implementations, upgrades, and migration projects.
  • Develop and customize strategic enhancements and user-requested updates on LoanIQ.
  • Efficiently extract and manage data using SQL, PL / SQL and work with the LoanIQ Data Model .
  • Build and manage APIs with Core Java, REST Services, Spring Boot in proprietary frameworks.
  • Lead a team of 5+ on development / migration projects and conduct user demos .
  • Configure Event Manager , and work with LoanIQ Batch Framework, scripted APIs, and Remote Ops .
  • Work in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 8-15 years of experience in LoanIQ development, with a focus on Finastra LoanIQ implementations.
  • Strong SQL, PL / SQL skills, Core Java, REST services, Spring Boot knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with accounting basics and messaging systems (Kafka, Tibco, IBM MQ).
  • Knowledge of RHEL / Windows OS for platform operations.
  • Experience leading migration projects and managing technical teams.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and iterate through development phases.

    • Requirements

    5+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related services such as Google Cloud Storage. 5+ years of experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform. Proficiency in development languages such as Go and Python, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience. Extensive experience in working with container-based technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Strong background in using CI / CD tools to support continuous development and deployment processes. In-depth knowledge of various database technologies, including CloudSQL, NoSQL, and Relational databases. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and the release process, especially within a container-native workflow. 5+ years of experience with configuration management tools and scripting languages such as Ansible, Bash, and Groovy. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrated ability to manage teams and work collaboratively across departments. A Google Cloud Architect certification is a strong plus.
