Role Overview

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Growth, you will own day‑to‑day marketing execution to keep Alan’s brand visible, consistent, and measurable. Your key responsibilities include :

Digital content creation : maintain a publishing cadence across digital and social channels, write posts, emails, and simple copy, and adapt global content for Q4‑Canada audiences.

Inbound generation : update landing pages, run and maintain warm retargeting and basic paid search campaigns, set up UTMs and tagging, produce consistent performance reporting, and iterate campaigns on a regular cadence.

Events management : coordinate logistics and materials for repeatable event formats, build registration pages and follow‑up communications, and convert events into digital and content assets.

Success Metrics

Regular, on‑brand output that improves over time through engagement insights.

Live, tracked campaigns reviewed and refined regularly, delivering clear signals for future work.

Events well‑supported operationally and translated into reusable digital, content, and inbound inputs.

Qualifications & Desired Skills

Hands‑on experience running digital or inbound campaigns.

Passion for marketing and comfort with tracking, UTMs, and basic reporting.

Strong written communication and ability to deliver high‑quality assets consistently.

Capacity to manage multiple workflows simultaneously and ownership of your work.

Curiosity, thoughtful mindset, and eagerness to grow scope over time.
