About the Role:

As a Perm Leader, you’ll lead by example in a 360° recruitment capacity by developing business, placing top talent, and coaching others to do the same. You’ll be instrumental in building a strong team culture, driving performance, and delivering exceptional results for clients and candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading, training and mentoring a team of Recruitment Consultants
• Driving new business development and client partnerships
• Managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates, closing permanent placements
• Sharing best practices and fostering collaboration
• Contributing to strategic growth and team development

What You Bring:

• Proven success in 360° recruitment, ideally in professional or technical verticals
• Leadership experience or strong desire to step into a people management role
• A commercial mindset and passion for building high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• A drive to innovate, grow, and challenge the status quo
