Description de posteManage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting creation and applicant tracking Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms, including internal systems, LinkedIn, and Indeed Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and assist with interview coordination Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across operations, sales, technology, customer service, and administrative functions Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives Prepare monthly recruitment and labour market reports for leadership Promote a positive candidate experience and help match top talent to the right opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to refine hiring strategies and meet evolving business needs A college / university degree or equivalent experience Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport A self-starter attitude with creativity in sourcing and meeting deadlines Adaptability and a professional approach in fast-paced environments Excellent communication skills during both phone and in-person interactions Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or consultative selling is considered an asset Motivation to support business growth and contribute to a positive team culture

SALARY RANGE : $75,-85, (experience dependent)
Please Note : This is an in-office position with occasional travel throughout the GTA.
