Please Note : This is an in-office position with occasional travel throughout the GTA.

4. What Will You Do?
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting creation and applicant trackingSource and screen candidates across multiple platforms, including internal systems, LinkedIn, and IndeedPresent qualified candidates to hiring managers and assist with interview coordinationBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines across operations, sales, technology, customer service, and administrative functionsSupport employer branding and talent outreach initiativesPrepare monthly recruitment and labour market reports for leadershipPromote a positive candidate experience and help match top talent to the right opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to refine hiring strategies and meet evolving business needs5.
