Main Functions

Reporting to the Marketing Group Manager and working closely with other product managers on the team, the Product Manager, Operational Marketing and Market Analysis will play a crucial role in managing and implementing operational marketing plans. Additionally, alongside the Marketing Group Manager responsible for market data, the Product Manager will conduct in-depth market analyses to support our business strategies. The Product Manager will also collaborate with the Research and Development department to manage the production of batches intended for clinical studies.

Responsabilities

Product Management :

• Prepare product launches and manage the product ranges for which the Product Manager will be responsible.
• Develop promotional / media plans to support the launch.
• Develop associated promotional materials (brochures, videos, promotional tools, etc.) and dedicated media campaigns.
• Collaborate with external partners to create tools, managing parameters such as deadlines, costs, and quality.
• Utilize R&D data in customer / user arguments.
• Assist product managers in implementing marketing actions (digital, social media, media placement, etc.).
• Present new commercial campaigns to field teams (training, animation) and create their sales / re-sales tools (visit aids, commercial arguments, scientific rationale, product presentations, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze the performance of launches and promotional tools.
• Conduct competitive intelligence on specific health areas.
