Administrative Support – Maternity Leave Coverage

A leading energy operator is seeking a sharp, self-directed Administrative professional to support their Accounts Payable function during a maternity leave. This role requires someone who’s highly computer literate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

This role is a one year contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile open invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Support Accounts Payable processing and documentation
• Maintain accurate records and assist with vendor coordination
• Perform general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in administrative or finance support rolesStrong proficiency with spreadsheets and enterprise systemsProven ability to work independently and take initiativeHigh attention to detail and organizational skills
