As the Sales Support Analyst your day to day responsibilities of this role may include, but not be limited to :

• Respond to various requests / inquiries from clients including onboarding, account set up, and following up on payments
• Creating and processing client orders in a timely manner
• Sales reporting
• Managing Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation compliance
• Sending marketing communication to clients
