Description de posteLead and motivate a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Support the growth and development of Team Managers. Promote a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with Project Managers, Business Units, and key industry contacts. Meet or exceed financial targets while ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction. Develop and implement operational standards, best practices, and quality control processes to mitigate risk. Proactively identify and manage health and safety risks. Actively solicit and act on client feedback to improve service delivery. Identify and pursue opportunities for organic business growth. 10 or more years of relevant experience. A degree in Computer Science, Science, Engineering, GIS, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is considered an asset. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Consulting Environment. A minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience specifically in GIS & Data Analytics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. A passion for innovation, an aptitude for leveraging technology and a commitment to continuous improvement. Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. Deep understanding of the geospatial and data analytics markets, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities. Strong business development acumen, with a successful track record of identifying, pursuing, and winning new business opportunities in the market. Demonstrated project management expertise through planning and managing projects of increasing size and complexity, from initiation through to evaluation. Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Innovation
- Maintain deep technical expertise and stay current with industry trends and best practices providing geospatial and data analytics services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Discipline's technical skills.
- Drive the integration of new technologies to improve internal processes and reduce costs.
- Deliver significant innovation projects with supporting business cases and success metrics.
- Encourage the use of new solutions and showcase successful efficiency improvements.

Compensation
$90,000 / y to $130,000 / y
Dillon is including the salary range that we in good faith believe may offer for this position. It will be dependent on the successful applicant’s education, experience, and skills, in addition to internal equity and geographic region. Dillon reserves the right to pay outside of the posted range, contingent on factors unrelated to an applicant’s gender or other status protected by provincial and / or federal law.
