Description de posteLead the platform engineering team, managing both backend and frontend development Oversee architecture, infrastructure, and dev operations for full-stack applications Drive the development of backend micro-services and applications, ensuring scalability and reliability Guide deployment and troubleshooting of services using Kubernetes on AWS cloud environments Maintain visibility into product roadmap objectives and communicate updates across teams Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a managerial role Experience in full-stack software development Extensive experience developing backend micro-services and applications Hands‑on experience with the Go programming language Strong communication skills to work within and across teams Experience in remote-first environments and global teams Familiarity with performance testing Familiarity with AWS and Azure infrastructure Understanding of cloud technologies, big data, and SaaS products Experience planning, tracking, delivering, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
