Recycle Attendant

Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting Recycling Attendant for our client. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive wages and the potential for long-term employment with a well-established company.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful environmental initiatives while delivering a positive and educational experience to visitors.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist visitors at the Public Drop-Off and Mobile Eco-Depot sites
• Educate visitors on proper waste disposal and recycling practices
• Direct and supervise visitors to ensure safe and efficient site operations
• Off-load vehicles and inspect materials for proper sorting
• Communicate via two-way radio as required
• Report operational or safety concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform general site clean-up, inspections, and maintenance
• Complete other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum two (2) years of customer service or related experience
• Bilingual in English and French (functional/directional level required)
• Valid New Brunswick Class 5 driver’s license
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or within a team
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions

Work Schedule & Compensation
• 42.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Occasional evenings (2–3 per week) and some Saturdays (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Wage: $17.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay
