Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Cold Call : Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and other lead generation strategies.
  • Sales Process Management : Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Client Relationship Building : Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and support.
  • Performance Monitoring : Adhere to closely monitored performance metrics and targets to ensure high productivity and effectiveness.
  • Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position our solutions.
  • Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and outcomes to the management team.

  • Proven Sales Experience : Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Exceptional Cold Calling Skills : Ability to initiate contact and build rapport with potential clients through effective cold calling strategies.
  • Self‑Motivation : Highly driven and committed to achieving long‑term success with a strong work ethic and personal accountability.
  • Results‑Oriented : A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals.
  • Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the talent to articulate our proposition clearly.
