Registered Veterinary Technician

Welcome to Mountainview Animal Hospital! We are excited to be looking for another Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team to fill a current position. We are a 4 Doctor, 4 RVT, independently owned practice located in Georgetown, Ontario. Georgetown is a wonderful community bordering Mississauga, Brampton and Milton and only minutes from the 401 and 407 highways.

Our RVTs are a highly valued part of our team, whose skills are used to the fullest each day. We provide a beautiful modern clean facility, paperless medical records, a full in-house Idexx lab system and digital whole-body and dental radiography. Our clinic is a member of the Emergency Veterinary Clinic on Highway 10 in Brampton. We are a proud supporter and donor clinic for the Canadian Animal Blood Bank. We also support the Farley Foundation with monthly donations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic RVT to work 35 to 40 hours per week who has great technical, nursing, anesthetic and communication skills, and a good sense of humour. Our clinic is growing and we need someone who is forward thinking and excited to help us take the best care of our amazing clients and their pets.

Our ideal candidate would preferably have one year experience as an RVT, but new grads are more than welcome to apply. This is a great place to learn and develop any special area of interests such as dentistry, nutrition, behaviour, anesthesia, etcetera.
