In-Office | Full-Time (5 days / week)

60% ICON | 40% Jeff’s at Work (both companies operate from same location)

Compensation : $75,000–$80,000 annual salary

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to play a key role in delivering high-quality, well-coordinated design solutions across ICON Office Environments and Jeff’s at Work (both operating at the same location).

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with ownership of accurate, thoughtful, and efficient design work, particularly for higher-level or more complex projects. You will collaborate closely with the Design Lead, Sales, and Operations to ensure projects move forward smoothly, on time, and to a high standard of design excellence.

This role is ideal for a confident, experienced designer who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and collaboration, without formal people-management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities - Design Execution & Project Ownership

• Lead design development on assigned projects from concept through completion
• Take ownership of higher-level, complex, or priority projects as assigned by the Design Lead
• Produce accurate drawings, specifications, and layouts that align with client needs, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure all design deliverables meet ICON and Jeff’s at Work quality standards

Project Coordination & Accountability

Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables using Asana

Maintain clear communication with Sales and Operations throughout the project lifecycle

Proactively identify design challenges, scope gaps, or risks and raise them early

Support smooth handoffs between sales, design, and operations

Design & Technical Excellence

Strong working knowledge and daily use of :

CET Designer

AutoCAD

Balance creativity with practicality, efficiency, and constructability

Apply consistent design standards across both brands

Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from the Design Lead

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

Work closely with Sales Representatives to support client vision and project success

Act as a reliable design partner being responsive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused

Collaborate with Operations to ensure designs are realistic and executable

Tools, Systems & Continuous Improvement

Use Google Suite for documentation, communication, and collaboration

Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow where appropriate

Contribute ideas to improve design processes, templates, and systems

Experience & Qualifications

5+ years of professional commercial design experience

Strong experience with :

CET Designer

AutoCAD

Asana (or similar project management tools)

Google Suite

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, confident in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adapting to AI tools.

Work Environment

In-office role, five days per week
