What you would do :

Work on credit and collection high volume customers

Maintains integrity of customer master data in Customer Application system

Maintains confidentiality and uses utmost discretion

Reconciliation and management of disputes on customer payments

Liaison between company and retail customers

Maintain confidentiality and uses utmost discretion

Does this sound like you?

2+ years of experience in a similar role in credit and collection

Recognized for your good communication and customer service skills

High proficiency in Excel and the Google suite

Must possess strong analytical skills and sound business judgment

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

Self directed with the ability to work independently while liking to collaborate
