Construction Estimator (ICI Projects)
📍 London / Kitchener / Waterloo, ON
💰 Salary : $80,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
🕒 Full-Time | On-Site / Hybrid (project dependent)
Our client is a well-established General Contractor with a strong presence in the ICI construction market across Southwestern Ontario. They are looking to add an experienced Construction Estimator to support ongoing and upcoming projects ranging from tenant fit-outs to large-scale institutional and commercial builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for ICI construction projects
- Perform quantity take-offs and pricing for all divisions
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Solicit, review, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Develop budgets, conceptual estimates, and bid submissions
- Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving solutions
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Pre-Construction teams
