In anticipation of future needs Robert Half is currently seeking Logistics Coordinators throughout the Calgary region.
As a Logistics Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to :
- Coordinate customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Work with customers to determine frack sand requirements.
- Dispatch third-party truckers and track deliveries.
- Ensure timely arrivals and resolve any issues.
- Maintain communication with drivers, field staff, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations.
- Manage relationships with vendors and customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on deliveries, quality, and staffing.
