What you’ll do:

  • Come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude.

  • Be familiar with and adhere to Turtleford & District Co-op policies and procedures.

  • You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.

  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.

  • You’re attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills.

  • Ability to fulfil physical job requirements – Manual labour is required.

  • Provide positive consumer experience to all customers including working till.

  • Participate in maintaining location image and housekeeping standards.
