Customer Service Representative — Remote
Our client in the insurance industry is seeking 17 talented individuals to join their dynamic team supporting the US Retirement Participant Center during a peak season. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while gaining exposure to US markets and focusing on personal growth within a supportive and engaging team atmosphere.
What is in it for you :
Hourly salary of $18.77.
4-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule : Start times between 9 am and 3 pm AST, with preferred shifts from 11 am to 7 pm, 12 pm to 8 pm, or 1 pm to 9 pm AST, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities :
Handle approximately 30-40 inbound calls daily, providing high-quality customer service.
Process account transactions, including investment changes, withdrawals, and loans.
Offer insights and detailed information about participant retirement accounts and plan-specific provisions.
Assist customers with form completion, address account rejections, and provide website / app navigation support.
Stay current on company policies, procedures, and updates.
Meet performance metrics for customer feedback, first-contact resolution, productivity, and accuracy.
Recommend client-centered solutions within established guidelines.
What you will need to succeed :
Post-secondary education with industry certification preferred or equivalent work experience.
3 to 4+ years of experience in customer service, administrative roles, or call center environments.
Proven ability to work in-office or hybrid arrangements.
Familiarity with performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strong time management skills in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Confidence in managing customer expectations and working with diverse personalities.
Knowledge of 401(k) plans or pension plans (or Canadian equivalents) is an asset.
Bilingual in English and Spanish to support clients in both languages is an asset.
