Store Team Leader
Northern Reflections is looking for a Store Team Leader to join our store team. The Store Team Leader assists Store Management with opening and closing of the store; leads the store team to achieve store sales budget while ensuring an excellent customer experience is provided at all times. They are fully responsible for all aspects of the store during their days in charge which includes accountability for both personal and store productivity results. The Store Team Leader will also assist store management with team leadership, recruitment and coaching.
