The CAA Atlantic Roadside Assistance Contact Center is a small and welcoming team. We interact directly with members, when they need us the most - when they are having trouble with their vehicle! Flat tires, boosts, battery installations, lockouts, extrications, and tows - these are some of the service calls you can expect to receive in this position. The Contact Center is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year with working hours from 6 : 00AM to 11 : 00PM AST. Our team is looking for someone who is customer focused, empathetic, passionate about helping others, extremely attentive to detail and a team-player.Responsibilities• Answer inbound requests and call back requests for Roadside Assistance. • Dispatch calls to the service provider • Work as part of a shift rotation • Answer general Membership inquiries. • Clerical paperwork • Other duties as required Qualifications• Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Active listener and problem-solver skills, with high attention to detail • Prior relevant customer service experience is considered an asset• Working knowledge of computer applications• Ability to work well under pressure • Comfortable with repetitive routines • Competency using Google Maps • High school diploma or equivalent • Bilingual (English / French).
