TNI Network Inc., located at 4422 1st Street, Peachland BC V0H 1X7, is looking to fill a vacant position for a Sales and Fundraising Supervisor [ NOC 62010] . This will be a full-time, permanent position.
Job duties :
- Preparing and coordinating schedules for sales and fund raising representatives;
- Preparing reports for sales team and fundraisers and present them to Managers;
- Preparing reports on team performance and identify opportunities to reach sales and fundraising goals;
- Facilitate timely turnaround of client requests;
- Coordinate with all support teams;
- Improve client service, perception, and satisfaction and prepare escalation reports when required;
- Work in a team and communicate effectively for the betterment of the team’s overall efficiency;
- Engage conflict resolution skills;
- Lead by example to carry out fundraising initiatives with the team in the field to achieve collective goals
Job requirements
This position is full time, 11 : 30 am-7 : 30 pm, Mon-Fri. Applicant may be required to work on weekends as per work demand.
Compensation is $37 / per hour. 40 hours per week.
Benefits include extended health and dental benefits and minimum provincial benefits.
The position requires the applicant to work in various locations.
