FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
The main and usual role of the employee in this employment category is to carry out maintenance, repair and transformation work in several construction trades.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Have a diploma or vocational training in a building specialty related to the employment category or have a diploma or certificate of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authorities and have at least 4 years of relevant experience (e. g. electrician, plumber, etc.).
The Board may, at its discretion, waive any or all of the afore-mentioned qualifications if it finds a suitable candidate who is a beneficiary of the James Bay and Northern Québec Agreement (JBNQA) and who accepts, as a condition of employment, to follow a training plan determined by the Board.)

WORKING HOURS:
38,75 hours per week.
CLASSIFICATION / SALARY / BENEFITS:
In accordance with the AENQ collective agreement for support staff. This position belongs to job category 5117: $28.65/hour, plus an attraction premium of 15%, a retention premium of $3,750 and a northern allowance ranging from $11,881 to $24,708. All benefits are prorated based on the percentage of the task.
